Betty J. (Schmucker) Miller

Betty J. Miller (nee Schmucker), 86, of Middlefield Twp, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon, June 21st, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Middlefield on August 5th, 1930 to the late Jonas and Mary Ann (Miller) Schmucker. Betty is now reunited with her loving husband, John D. Miller, who died May 17th, 2015. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She will be missed by: children, Dan (Savannah) Miller, Bill (Betty) Miller, Erma (John) Stutzman, John (Barbara) Miller, Owen (Mary Ellen) Miller, Allen (Barbara) Miller; 33 grandchildren; 104 great-grandchildren; sister, Sarah Byler; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Betty is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, John; 4 brothers; and 10 sisters.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SATURDAY, JUNE 24TH, 2017 AT 16118A OLD STATE RD., MIDDLEFIELD TWP with Bishop Melvin R. Byler officiating. Pallbearers will be Paul Yoder, Paul Mast Jr., Noah Miller Jr., and Dan Miller. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Betty's final resting place will be next to her husband in Yoder Cemetery, Parkman, OH.
