Arlene "Bee" (Nash) Everett

Arlene "Bee" Everett (nee Nash), age 84, of Parkman, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, March 9th, 2017 at Mapleview Country Villas in Chardon. She was born March 31st, 1932 at her home in Hiram, OH to the late John M. and Bernice (Ryder) Nash. Bee is now reunited with her loving husband, James E. Everett, who died in 1999.

Bee, a 1950 graduate of Troy High School, retired from being a school bus driver at Cardinal Schools for over 25 years. She has always been a kind and outgoing person who enjoyed traveling and more recently playing slot machines. Bee taught numerous children Water Safety at Moss Beach for many years and also helped start the Parkman Pancake Breakfast which is now entering its 50th year. Bee was also an active member of the Parkman Chamber of Commerce and the Parkman Polar Bear Snowmobile Club.

She will be greatly missed by: children, Bill (Karen) Thrasher, David Everett, Rae (Greg) Garrett; grandchildren, Mat Thrasher, Christy (Shawn) Finnerty, Tiffany Everett, Paige Garrett; great-grandchildren, Evalyn Thrasher, Collin Thrasher, Ryan Finnerty; long time companion, Al Creager; and many friends. Bee is preceded in death by: her parents, loving husband of 44 years, James, and 1 sister.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 11 A.M. ON MONDAY, MARCH 13TH, 2017 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062. Family and friends will be received from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 12th, at the funeral home.
