The kindness Joe Miller and his family have shown to the community has been so much appreciated and we will miss him. He was always willing to host our events for the Geauga Humane Society/Petfix. He would have the stove going on those cold winter mornings and a smile on his face.We mourn his loss but will always remember the commitment in helping all types of people and their pets.

There is no adequate means by which the northern Ohio community can express full appreciation for Joe and Sarah Miller's exemplary commitment to the American Red Cross Blood Program. I can't begin to imagine the thousands (yes thousands) of hospital patients whose lives were touched by their generous gifts of facilities, food and handwritten notes inviting donors to their home-sponsored blood drives. Several weeks before my Red Cross retirement two years ago, Joe and Sarah invited a small Red Cross contingency to share a time of celebration and remembrance with them on their back porch. Such precious human beings who have set the pace for all of us on what it means to live a more perfect life! David
