Ada W. (Wengerd) Miller

Ada W. Miller, 88, of Burton Twp, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, May 15th, 2016 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Middlefield, OH on November 23rd, 1927 to the late Noah M. and Emma (Miller) Wengerd. Ada is now reunited with her loving husband, Joe J. Miller Jr., who died in 1991. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She will be greatly missed by: children, Andy (Mary Anne) Miller, Jonas (Barbara Ann) Miller, Mose (Ada) Miller, Ida (Mahlon) Slabaugh, Nancy (Eli) Byler, Henry (Rhoda) Miller, Abner (Mary) Miller, Elmina (Levi) Miller, Esther (Eli) Byler, Albert (Elizabeth) Miller, Eli (Carol) Miller, Nelson (Barbara) Miller, Emma (Jacob) Detweiler, Ada (Lester) Byler; daughter-in-law, Erma (Noah's 2nd wife) Miller; 139 grandchildren; 261 great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; brother, Noah (Lizzie Ann) Wengerd; sisters, Emma (John) Shrock, Saloma (Albert) Troyer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ada is preceded in death by: her parents, loving husband, Joe J. Miller, Jr.; son, Noah Miller; daughter-in-law, Ruth Miller; 8 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 18TH, 2016, 17206 JUG RD., BURTON TWP, OH with Bishop Robert Kurtz officiating. Pallbearers will be Freeman Gingerich, Roman Miller, Steven Yoder, and Uria Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the time of the service. Ada's final resting place will be in Hershberger Cemetery, Troy Twp, OH.
