Theresa E. Grady, 65, of Middlefield, OH, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, May 4th, 2022 at UH-Geauga Medical Center in Claridon Twp, OH. She was born in Barberton, Ohio on November 21st, 1956 to the late Francis J. and Delores E. (Miller) Grady.

She will be greatly missed by many close friends whom she always considered her family.

Theresa is preceded in death by: her parents; and brother, James F. Grady.

Per Theresa’s request, no services will be held at this time.
