Obituary

Shelly Payne, 4 years old, of Garrettsville, crossed the Rainbow Bridge Sunday, April 23rd, She was loved by many in the community as she traveled to many places. One of her favorites was going to meet people at the Save 4 store in town. Shelly also loved going to the Nanny's Salon for Dogs for grooming and a little pampering. She was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.
