Obituary
Sarah Ann Burkholder (nee Fisher), 84, of Huntsburg, OH passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, April 7th, 2023 at her home while surrounded by her family. She was born in Bloomfield Twp, OH on May 5th, 1938 to the late Dan J. and Katie (Farmwald) Fisher. Sarah is once again reunited with her loving husband of 66 years, Andy E. Burkholder, who died February 27th, 2023. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She will be missed by: her children, Susan (Dan) Miller, Robert Burkholder, Irma (Andy) Miller, Andy (Linda) Burkholder, Allen Burkholder, Lydiann (Daniel Jr.) Miller, Daniel (Catherine) Burkholder, Fannie Burkholder, Linda Burkholder; 41 grandchildren; 105 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Sarah is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Andy; daughter-in-law, Viola Burkholder; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 A.M., MONDAY, APRIL 10TH, 2023 AT 11570 CLAY ST., HUNTSBURG, OH with Bishop Melvin Ray Fisher officiating. Pallbearers will be
Joel Miller, Sam Miller, Eli Miller, and William Miller. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Sarah’s final resting place will be in Miller Cemetery, Huntsburg, OH.
