Richard Dean Bond Obituary

Richard Dean Bond, 69, of Ravenna, OH passed away Sunday evening, May 15th, 2022 at UH-Portage Medical Center. He is now reunited with his many beloved dogs who crossed the Rainbow Bridge with him as they entered a life beyond.

Richard never married. He is survived by numerous siblings, nieces and nephews. After growing up in Newbury, Ohio and graduating from Kent State University he spent his professional years in the travel industry. He directed hundreds of tours in various regions of North America and managed transportation and tour systems in Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. Richard’s ashes will be released over his beloved mountains of Yellowstone.

Per Richards wishes, no Memorial Services will be held, but rather, he suggests you turn to a friend and share a fond memory you and he may have had in common.
