Rhonda L. Westover, 71, of Middlefield Twp, passed away suddenly, Tuesday morning, October 27th, 2020 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, OH. She was born in Cleveland, OH on May 2nd, 1949 to the late Ronald G. Jett Sr. and Helen M. Ciulle.
She was a 1968 graduate of West Geauga High School and attending Kent State University with a major in accounting. Rhonda most recently worked part time in her chosen field as the bookkeeper at the Geauga County Humane Society’s Rescue Village. Rhonda was a talented baker and there were many months when she would use 25 lbs of flour, without blinking an eye, creating dozens of different cookies and candies. She was, also, a fine seamstress and her friends would seek her out for various projects.
She will be sadly missed by: her special friends, Darlene (Randy) Reese, Pat (Jim) Dedek, Martie Williams; and many friends, especially those from Rescue Village.
Rhonda is preceded in death by: her parents and brother, Ronald Jett Jr.
Per Rhonda’s request, no services are to be held. She requested that memorial contributions in her memory be made to the Geauga Humane Society Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH 44072. “God Bless Rhonda L. Westover. She was a “kind and loving lady!”.
