Rebecca D. (Stutzman) Burkholder

Rebecca D. Burkholder (nee Stutzman), 23 years old, of Huntsburg, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, August 31st, 2026, at UH-Geauga Medical Center. She was born in Claridon Twp, Ohio on December 23rd, 2002 to David and Sadie (Miller) Stutzman. Rebecca later married the love of her life and best friend, Jonathon Burkholder on July 18th, 2023. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  

She will be missed by: her loving husband of 3 years, Jonathon; daughters, Hannah and Alyssa Burkholder; parents, David and Sadie Stutzman; in laws, Daniel and Catherine (Miller) Burkholder; grandparents, Martin and Martha Miller; Martha Sturzman; Allen and Irene Miller; 7 brothers; 4 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: grandparents, Ray Stutzman; Andrew and Sarah Ann (Fisher) Burkholder; and an infant brother

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 AM, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2026 AT 12029 HUNT RD., HUNTSBURG, OH with Bishop Dan R. Stutzman officiating. Pallbearers will be Aaron Miller, Danny Ray Byler, Jacob Mullet, and Aden Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Rebecca’s final resting place will be in Miller Cemetery, Huntsburg, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to Best Funeral Home, 15809 Madison Road, Middlefield, OH. 440-632-0818.
