Piper James Fenselon Obituary
Piper James Fenselon, 14 years old, of North Bloomfield, crossed the Rainbow Bridge Friday, March 17th, 2023. Piper James enjoyed hanging out with his family and being a huge Youngstown State Penguins fan. He also loved water. Piper James never missed a puddle or beer he didn't knock over just so he could have a drink. He liked going for rides all the way until the end. Piper James was a huge part of the family and will be deeply missed.
