Penny J. Moore Obituary

Penny J. Moore (nee Ware), 67, of Burton, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, October 20th, 2020 at Burton Healthcare Residence. She was born in Randolph County, WV on February 5th, 1953 to the late Stanley F. Ware and Bonnie Wilson-Leary. Penny is once again reunited with her husband, Marshall Moore, who died many years ago.

She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, watching mystery shows on TV and spending time with her family.

Penny will be missed by: her sons, Jim (Jonica) Hatcher, Joe (Melissa) Hatcher, Chuck (Ruth) Lamp; many grandchildren; brothers, Michael L. Ware, Keith Ware; sisters, Twylla Sue Ware-Tasker, Shelby Fultz, Rhonda Rix; half-sisters, Debbie Ware, Daphne Ware; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Marshall; brother, Eddie T. Ware; sister, Kathryn Moore; and step-sister, Shirley.

Per Penny’s wishes, a private burial will be at a later date.
