Paulene Rose (Kimble) Heath

Paulene Rose Heath (nee Kimble), 86, of Niles, OH, passed away peacefully Monday evening, April 7th, 2025 at the Hospice of the Valley House in Poland, Ohio. She was born in Cadiz, Ohio on January 29th, 1939 to the late Acie Samuel and Agnes Alice (Rose) Kimble. Paulene is once again reunited with her loving husband of 64 years, Daniel Heath, who died March 1st, 2020.  

In her younger years, Paulene enjoyed going dancing with her mother, playing lots of bingo, reading romance novels and having her grandson, Shane, spend every summer with her. In her later years, she enjoyed spending her time watching crime shows and the birds and critters at the feeders outside the window where she sat, cuddling with the family doggies, Peanut, Charlie and Remi, and, mostly, sitting on the porch at The Lamb’s Way Farm, her daughter Laura’s home, being surrounded by beautiful scenery and visiting with all of the farm animals. Consistently, throughout her life, Paulene always loved her family and spending time with them. She even, and likely especially, cherished the moments that her grandchildren visited, teased and played with her.

Paulene will be greatly missed by: her children, Richard (Dee) Heath, Maryann (Donnie) Knight, Robert Heath, Mark Heath, William Heath, Laura (Matthew) Blake, Missy (Milan) Besednjak, Becky (Troy) Cree; son-in-law, Richard Elmore; 18 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Daniel; daughter Debra Elmore; son, Gregory Heath; brother, Samuel J. Kimble; and sister, Ruth Williams.

Per Paulene’s wishes, a private gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
