Patricia “Pat” Hamner (Basista) passed away peacefully at home in Chardon the morning of May 14th with son Ed by her side.
Beloved mother to Ed and Rob, she could constantly be seen around as the Booster Mom, PTO Mom, and other extra curricular groups.
For many years, Pat worked and delivered newspapers for The Times Leader and The News-Hearld. She spent her later working years at Marc’s, BP, and Sheetz. She also could be found keeping her eyes on the goings-on at the various family businesses over the years.
Known to be the community mom to those around her, she was beloved and cherished by all those whose lives she touched.
Pat is survived by sons Ed and Rob, Daughter-in-Law Beth, Grandsons Rowan and Dylan, Brother-in-Law Emmett, as well as many nephews, great nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Terry; brother, Joe; sister-in-law and best friend Joan; as well as her parents Joe and Helen.
Per Pat's wishes, no services are to be held at this time.
