Nancy L. Shuminski

Nancy L. Shuminski, 63, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully Friday morning, January 31st, 2020 at UH-Geauga Medical Center. She was born in Painesville, OH on October 14th, 1956 to the late Mike W. and Thelma (Richardson) Shuminski.

She was an active member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Parkman. Nancy was a diehard Cleveland Indians fan who enjoyed listening to the Oak Ridge Boys and Yanni. She also liked to bake and tend to her rose gardens.

Nancy will be missed by: her loving siblings, Carol Gurgul, Beth Ann (Harvey) Swonger, Michael Shuminski, Steve Shuminski; niece, Amanda (Joshua) Joles; nephew, Douglas (Christina) Gurgul; great-nieces, Teagan Joles, Cecilia Gurgul, Veronica Gurgul; great-nephews, Andrew Gurgul, Damien Gurgul; and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A MEMORIAL MASS WILL BE HELD AT 10 A.M., SATURDAY FEBRUARY 15TH, 2020, AT ST. EDWARDS CATHOLIC CHURCH,16150 CENTER ST., PARKMAN, OH 44080 with Father John Burkley officiating. All of Nancy's friends are invited to attend.
