Nancy L. (Hale) Hagmaier

Nancy L. Hagmaier (nee Hale), 79, of Middlefield, OH, passed away peacefully Friday evening, December 3rd, 2021 at Ohman Family Living of Briar. She was born in Chardon, OH on July 25th, 1942 to the late Claude C. and Betty (Stanton) Hale. Nancy is once again reunited with her loving husband, Conrad Hagmaier, who died May 16, 2017.

Nancy was a great mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She absolutely loved playing bingo and is probably still doing so from Heaven. She loved going shopping and to lunch every Friday with her best friend. Her and her late husbands’ store was something they were both so passionate about. She was an extremely creative lady who could make something out of anything including but not limited to floral arrangements, gift baskets, earrings, and paintings.  Nancy had a love for all animals whether it be fish, cats, dogs, squirrels you name it she loved it. This includes all of her grand animals too.

Nancy will be missed dearly by: her children, David Lechene, Connie Sullivan, Brenda (Ed) Gartin, Daniel (Diane) Hagmaier; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jimmy) Kudla, Stacie Gartin, Heather (Ben) Vance, Lauralee Sullivan, Troy Sullivan, Brenda Newman, Erin Hagmaier, Jessica Hagmaier (1 grandson); great-grandchildren, Skilyr Sullivan, Blayne Sullivan, Dawsyn Sullivan, Coen Vance, Gibson Vance, Sierra Marty, Jasmine Newman, Michael Newman; granddogs; Logan and Roxie; and many friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Conrad; son-in-law, Walt Sullivan; and sister Gayle Creighton.

Per Nancy’s wishes, a private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made in Nancy's memory to the Hospice of the Western Reserve by visiting www.hospicewr.org/ways-to-give.
