Luke Polito

Luke Polito, 10 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge Monday, June 6th, 2022. He came into Paulie and Brenda's lives on April 25th 2012 as he was just a pup at 20 lbs.

Luke was definitely the Alpha and the ultimate watchdog. He was the overseer as he sat and watched over everyone. If the cats would fight, he would actually break it up. He was the guardian of his household.

He was a gentle giant and loved his father and son time when daddy (Paulie) would come home from work. Luke would lay on the bed for 5 minutes with Paulie as if he was asking "how was his day?"

Luke loved to run and play. He was a true athlete and his awareness of himself was amazing. He would tiptoe around the bed and couch never stepping on anyone, especially the smaller pups. Even when feeding, he was so gentle.

Luke was loved by everyone. Al would feed them treats thru the fence. Luke loved Al. It's just too soon as Luke had so much more life to give.
