Loretta Mae (Stone) Panzarella

Loretta Mae Panzarella, 86, of Rock Creek, OH passed away peacefully Thursday morning, October 10th, 2024 at her home following a short illness. She was born in Harpersfield, Ohio on May 6, 1938 to the late Charley and Ida Mae (nee: Hawes) Stone.

She was a graduate of Rock Creek High School, Class of 1956 and held many positions within the Rock Creek High School Alumni Assn. Loretta was a stay at home mom until September of 1976 when she was employed by the Jefferson Area Local Schools where she worked as a secretary until June 2024. Loretta was an active member of Rock Creek Methodist Church for 67 years and a longtime Historian for the church. She enjoyed crocheting, making many blankets and pillows. Loretta also spent countless hours working in her flower beds. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Loretta will be deeply missed by: her loving children: Gayle Panzarella of Rock Creek and Keith (Janet) Panzarella of Rock Creek; grandchildren: Derrick Panzarella, Amber (Garry) Butte, Ashlyn (Corey) Graham, Samantha Pedro & Michael Pedro; great-grandchildren: Liberty Butte, Lennon Mae Butte, Breelyn Graham, Blake Graham, Kamdon Pedro & Amara Pedro; siblings Eleanor (Larry) Stuart & Jack (Pat) Stone.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Salvatore.  ​​
