Linda Baltz

Linda Baltz, 62, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, May 17th, 2022. She was born in Cleveland Ohio on April 15th, 1960 to the late Paul H and Mary Lou (Eichhorn) Baltz and lived most of her life in Mentor Ohio. 

She dedicated 18 years of service to The American Red Cross, working at the mobile blood collection sites throughout all of Northeast Ohio. She enjoyed handicrafts, cooking and baking, and watching TV to learn all about the world and its amazing sights. She always planned to get to Alaska and Maine one day. Linda never met a stranger and would strike up friendships with people of all ages. She loved to give gifts like her famous chocolate fudge or her sour cream coffee cake. Linda is most known for her dedication to her family, especially towards her daughter and grandchildren. She'll always be remembered for her pretty blue eyes, her kind, loving smile, her love of coloring and sharing of treats with her grandbabies at every opportunity. 

Linda will be greatly missed by: her loving daughter Miranda Baltz; grandchildren, Amelia Duncan, Alison Duncan, Adam Baltz; sister, Eileen Sedlacek; and many other friends who were like family. 

She is preceded in death by: her parents, sister, Judith Baltz; and brother in law Dale Sedlacek. 

A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 6:00 P.M., FRIDAY, MAY 20TH, 2022 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 3210 NORTH MAIN ST., ROCK CREEK, OH 44084. Friends and family will be received from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Linda will laid to rest in Union Cemetery, Rock Creek, OH at 2 P.M, TUESDAY, MAY 24TH, 2022.
