It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved Joshua. Joshua Harvey Weaver passed away unexpectedly on June 5, 2021. Joshua was born on August 10, 2004, to parents Harvey and Becky Weaver, in Huntsburg, Ohio.

Joshua loved entertaining his family by singing and playing his guitar while wearing his cowboy hat. He loved hunting with his dad and making up songs for his mom and siblings. Joshua flourished during yearly summer vacations where he spent his time with family and swimming in Lake Erie with his big float. Joshua had the biggest heart and a love for all animals.

Joshua was the light in all of our lives from the moment he was born. He had a smile that was infectious, and gave the most memorable hugs.

Joshua was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Jerry and Carol Smetana, paternal grandparents, Harvey and Esther Weaver, and aunt, Cheryl Lederle. He was joined in passing with his sister Jordan Weaver and her fiance, Mitchell Sotera. He is survived by his parents Harvey and Becky, brother Garrett, and a host of family.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE RECEIVED FROM 3:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., SUNDAY, JUNE 13TH, 2021 AT THE CARDINAL MIDDLE SCHOOL AUDITORIUM, 16175 ALMEDA DR., MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 14th, at the Middle School. Joshua’s final resting place will be in Huntsburg Cemetery.

As Joshua was a lover of all animals, memorial contributions are requested to be made in his memory to Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH 44072.
