John "J.B" Zarack

John B. “J.B.” Zarack, 71, of Huntsburg, OH, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, November 28th, 2021 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Height, OH. He was born in Shaker Heights, OH on June 21st, 1950 to the late Bernard Hentemann and Stella Zarack. J.B. later married Rozanne “Zon” Tolan on May 29th, 1976.

J.B. was a man loved by many, not just for his talkative personality but his big heart. He loved and cherished his kids and grandchildren just as much as he loved life itself. He loved the outdoors and loved to give a helping hand when needed. A simple man who lived a simple life, J.B. enjoyed the little things in life; hiking, bowling a 300 game, hunting with the boys, fishing in the river, picking corn, camping, enjoying a pig roast, driving the big bus, mowing the greens, traveling to Ireland or driving his grandkids around on the golf cart, he always had a smile on his face. He was a man of his word, he loved unconditionally, and he was always there for anyone. J.B. will be missed by friends and family, but most importantly his wife.

J.B. will be dearly missed by: his loving wife of 45 years, Zon; children, Genevieve Zarack; Zach (Jenna) Zarack, Megan (Tom) Eppich, Hillary Zarack, Cassidy Zarack; grandchildren, Logan Eppich, Leila Eppich, Selwyn Zarack, Shaw Zarack, Sylus Zarack, Sloan Zarack; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends will be received from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M., Sunday, December 5th, 2021 at Best Funeral Home, 15809 Madison Road, Middlefield, OH. A private Memorial Service will follow.
