John A. Melvin Jr.

John A. Melvin Jr., 41, of Williamsfield, OH, passed away from natural causes Thursday afternoon, September 22nd, 2022 at his home. He was born in Claridon Twp, OH on October 10th, 1980 to John A. Melvin Sr. and Janet Owens.  

He was always that guy that could light up a room with his smile. John loved going fishing and working doing small engine repairs. However, his greatest love was spending time with his children and family.

John will be greatly missed by: his father, John A. (Connie) Melvin Sr.; mother, Janet Foster; grandmother, Marian Maver; children, Zachary Melvin, Autumn Melvin, Hayleigh Melvin; siblings, Jennifer (Jerry) Whitt; Jessica (Chesed) Agardi, Ryan (Courtney) Melvin; Brooke Melvin; and many friends.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD AT 5 P.M., SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1ST, 2022, AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
