Jacob "Jake" L. Mullet

Jacob “Jake” L. Mullet, 83, of Middlefield Twp, OH passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, November 17th, 2022 at home while surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Middlefield, OH on September 15th, 1939 to the late Lester J. and Barbara (Byler) Mullet. Jake later married Amanda Miller on December 3rd, 1963. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  

He will be missed by: his loving wife of 58 years, Amanda; children, Alan (Clara Mae) Mullet, Martha Mullet, Barbara (Robert) Yoder, John (Betty Ann) Mullet, Jacob (Martha) Mullet, Elizabeth (Larry) Byler, Emma (Martin) Mullet, Esther (Michael) Miller; 40 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Jake is preceded in death by: his parents; 1 grandchild; 1 great-grandchild; and 4 brothers.    

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 A.M., SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH, 2022 AT 13480 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Bishop Ray Mullet officiating. Pallbearers will be Dan Burkholder, Mose Burkholder, John Byler, and Ervin Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Jake’s final resting place will be in Miller Cemetery, Huntsburg, OH.
