Ida K. (Kuhns) Troyer

Ida K. Troyer (nee Kuhns), 87, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, Saturday evening, June 23rd, 2018. She was born in Nappanee, Indiana on August 31st, 1930 to the late Monroe and Fannie (Miller) Kuhns. Ida is now reunited with her loving husband, Dan J. Troyer, who died in 2009. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She will be greatly missed by: her loving children, Fannie (John) Yoder, Erma (Atlee) Byler, John Henry (Rebecca) Troyer, Mary (Allen) Mullet, Betty (John Jr.) Miller, Martha (Freeman) Miller, Marvin (Mary) Troyer, Freeman Troyer, Susan (Enos Jr.) Barkman, Joas (Barbara) Troyer, Raymond Troyer, Esther (Norman) Hostetler, Daniel (Anna Mary) Troyer Jr.; 76 grandchildren; 257 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ida is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Dan; 3 grandchildren; 7 brothers; and 2 sisters.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10:00 A.M., TUESDAY, JUNE 26TH, 2018, AT 15522 BUNDSYBURG RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Bishop Dan M. Yoder officiating. Pallbearers will be Freeman J. Miller, Michael M. Yutzy, Freeman M. Miller, and Dan J. Miller. Family and friends may visit anytime until the time of the service. Ida’s final resting place will be in Bundysburg Road Cemetery, Parkman, OH.
