Ervin W. Bricker

Ervin W. Bricker, 82 years old, of West Farmington, Ohio passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, December 21st, 2024 at his home while surrounded by his family. He was born in Middlefield, Ohio on October 29th, 1942 to the late Walter D. and Jemima (Miller) Bricker. Ervin later married his best friend and love of his life, Gertrude Miller on January 17th, 1963. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  

He will be dearly missed by: his loving wife of 61 years, Gertrude Bricker; children, Jemima (Peter) Leslein, Melvin (Mary Ann) Bricker, Ida (Neil) Leslein, Wally (Fannie) Bricker, Ervin (Mary) Bricker Jr., Andy (Anna) Bricker, William (Susie) Bricker, David (Anna Mary) Bricker, John (Mary) Bricker, Leah (Ezra) Miller, Joseph (Sara) Bricker; son-in-law, Allen Miller; 85 grandchildren; 136 great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe Bricker and Andy Bricker; sister, Edna Weaver; and many nieces nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ervin is preceded in death by: his parents; daughter, Martha Miller; brother, John Bricker; and sisters, Mary Miller; Sara Weaver; and Jemima Byler.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 AM, MONDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2024 AT 7075 CURTIS MIDDLEFIELD RD., WEST FARMINGTON, OH with Bishop Mark J. Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Daniel Hostetler, Robert Miller, Robert Bricker, and Mahlon Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Ervin’s final resting place will be in Clark Road Cemetery, West Farmington, Ohio.
