Ervin “Erp” G. Detweiler, 60, of North Bloomfield, OH, passed away from injuries sustained in an auto accident in Akron, OH Saturday evening, September 12th, 2020. He was born in Middlefield, OH on December 26th, 1959 to the late Gideon and Lydia (Miller) Detweiler.

He is survived by: his son, Jarrod Detweiler; siblings, Bill (Fannie) Detweiler of Mechanicstown, OH, Martin (Lucy) Detweiler, Mechanicstown, OH, Melvin (Karen) Detweiler of Chardon, Albert (Betty) Detweiler of Mesopotamia, Laura Detweiler of Tampa FL, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Erp is preceded in death by: his parents; and sister, Catherine Jarze.

He loved his extended family at the Bloomfield Livestock Auction where he worked and enjoyed being part of the Auction family.

Memorial services are being planned and will be held at a later time.
