Ellison Beamer Paetzel

Ellison Beamer Paetzel, 14 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge Sunday night, June 5th, 2022. He was first adopted from the Terre Haute, IN Humane Society at 5 months old. Ellison enjoyed helping around the family farm, the dog hotel, riding in the truck, getting hamburgers from McDonald's, and most importantly, spending time with his human mom and the rest of the family.  

He participated in many dog activities like nose work, obedience, and agility. Ellison's training led him to becoming a therapy dog where he touched many lives. For many years, he frequently visited several library reading programs, camps, community events, and even Jordak Elementary School. 

Ellison will be greatly missed by: his human parents; Sonja and Ray; canine brothers, Perry, Lars, and Neo; several feline and equine siblings; and many friends. 

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Doogie and Monroe.
