Elizabeth "Liz" M. (Miller) Klingensmith

Elizabeth “Liz” M. Klingensmith (nee Miller), 86, of Burton, OH, passed away peacefully Monday morning, September 21st, 2020 at Briar Hill Healthcare Residence. She was born in Emeigh, PA on June 29th, 1934 to the late John Chiciak and Rose Miller. Liz is once again reunited with her loving husband, William Klingensmith, who died August 27th, 2006.

She was raised in Emeigh, PA, lived in Mentor, OH before moving to Brandon, FL. Liz worked at G.E. and many nursing homes as the Food Service Director. She enjoyed doing crafts, baking, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her true love was being with her family.

Liz will be greatly missed by: her children, Tim (Eileen) Leis of Mentor, Kelly (Tim) Uterhark of Burton, Scott Klingensmith of Eastlake, Lori (Dave) Wyman of Burton; sister, Rose Basile of Utica, NY; grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Katie, Maddie, Brendon, Hannah; great-grandchildren, Gianna, Brayden; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, William; parents, John and Rose; brothers, John, Stanley, Joseph, Walter, Frank, Andy, Paul; sister, Virginia; and her faithful and loving dog, Tipper.
