Elizabeth J. (Miller) Miller

Elizabeth J. Miller (nee Miller), 67 years old, of Middlefield Twp, Ohio passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, November 14th, 2024 at home while surrounded by her family. She was born in Middlefield, Ohio on December 31st, 1956 to the late John U. and Mary J. (Miller) Miller. Elizabeth later married her best friend and love of her life, Gideon E. Miller on November 3rd, 1977. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  

She will be dearly missed by: her loving husband of 47 years, Gideon; children, Enos (Miriam) Miller, Ada (Lester) Miller, Nancy (Robert) Miller, Erma (Melvin) Miller, Martha (Samuel) Miller, Daniel (Nancy) Miller, Lester (Martha) Miller, Marianne (Monroe) Schmucker; son-in-law, Chris (Kathy) Kauffman; 58 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by: her parents and daughter, Barbara Kauffman.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 AM, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH, 2024 AT 14479 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Minister Marty Byler officiating. Pallbearers will be Norman Miller, Allen Byler, Levi Miller, and David Bricker. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Elizabeth’s final resting place will be in Nauvoo Road Cemetery, Middlefield Twp, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to Best Funeral Home, 15809 Madison Road, Middlefield, OH. 440-632-0818.
