Edna M. Byler (nee Hershberger), 86, of Middlefield Twp, passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, May 29th, 2020 at her home. She was born in Parkman, OH on November 3rd, 1933 to the late Menno I. and Fannie C. (Miller) Hershberger. Edna is once again reunited with her loving husband of 67 years, William R. Byler, who died May 5th, 2020. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She will be sadly missed by: her children, Andy (Sadie) Byler, Kathryn (Albert) Miller, Mary (Marvin) Troyer, Melvin (Laura) Byler, Bill (Valerie) Byler, Martha (Dan) Kuhns, Edna Mae (Andrew) Fisher, Fannie Byler, Reuben (Miriam) Byler, Martin (Martha) Byler; 73 grandchildren; 162 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; 7 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Edna is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, William; an infant son; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SUNDAY, MAY 31ST, 2020 AT 16826 NAUVOO RD, MIDDLFIELD TWP, OH with Bishop Gideon Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Allen Byler, Noah Byler, Reuben Byler, and Norman Miller. Edna’s final resting place will be in Nauvoo Road Cemetery in Middlefield Twp, OH. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. In lieu of attending, please feel free to send a card to the family at the visitation address.
