Diana Lynn (Gruss) Fury

Diana Lynn Fury (nee Gruss), 52, of Euclid, OH, passed away peacefully Friday morning, April 3rd, 2026, at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born in Maple Heights, Ohio to Robert “Bob” and Virginia “Lilly” Gruss Sr.

Diana passed away leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. She was known for being funny, honest, and deeply caring to everyone she met. She was also known for being a devoted mother.

During her difficult time, she was lovingly supported by her daughters, Gracie Lefortune and Lexie Lafortune. Her former partner, James Lafortune, remained her best friend, and also stood by her throughout her journey along with her parents, offering love, strength, and comfort.   

Diana will be deeply missed by all who knew her: siblings, Robert Gruss Jr., Tom (Lauren) Gruss, Steven (Quinn) Gruss, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lily Lafortune.

Diana enjoyed spending time watching her favorite tv shows and cherished simple moments with loved ones.
