Debbie J. (Frazier) Ruppe

Debbie Jean Ruppe, 67, of Rome, OH, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, February 17th, 2026, at CareCore at Mentor. She was born in Cleveland Heights, OH on September 30th, 1958, to the late Theodore and Janet (Rickey) Frazier.

Debbie graduated from West Geauga High School. She was a cherished employee at Progressive Insurance and Bristol West/ Farmers Insurance until she retired as Program Tester. During her time away from work, she adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. As a daughter, mother, sibling, aunt, grandmother, Debbie’s family was always the most cherished part of her life.

She also loved her cats, Florida, traveling and being in the sun.

Debbie possessed many admirable qualities such as kindness, generosity, and profound care for others. She will forever be missed and loved by so many. We know she is in heaven, looking down upon everyone she loved.

Debbie will be greatly missed by: her loving children; Jennifer (Chad) Jones and Matthew Masek; sister, Donna (Jack) Brown–Barrow; brothers, Rickey (Diane) Frazier and Robert (Janet) Frazier; grandchildren. John, Dixie, Austin, and Leah; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD AT 7PM, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH, 2026 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Pastor Steve Zawilinsky officiating. Family and friends will be received from 5PM until the time of the service.
