Daniel H. Fisher Jr.

Daniel H. Fisher Jr., 63 years old, of Mesopotamia, Ohio passed away peacefully Monday night, August 24th, 2026, at UH-Geauga Medical Center. He was born in Warren, Ohio on January 13th, 1963, to the late Daniel H. and Marie (Schmucker) Fisher Sr. Daniel later married his best friend and love of his life, Sarah (Kempf) Fisher on October 27th, 1983. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  

He will be missed by: his loving wife of 42 years, Sarah; children, Marie (Cristy) Burkholder, Reuben Fisher, David (Rosanna) Fisher, Robert (Dorothy) Fisher, Mary (Daniel) Weaver, Melvin (Emma) Fisher, Edna Fisher, Marvin Fisher, Sadie Fisher; 29 grandchildren; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Daniel is preceded in death by: his parents and 1 brother.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 AM, FRIDAY, AUGUST 28TH, 2026 AT 8496 BUNDYSBURG RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Bishop Jonas Ray Yutzy officiating. Pallbearers will be Micky Slaubaugh, Melvin Troyer, Andrew Miller, and Allen Miller. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. Daniel’s final resting place will be in Clark Road Cemetery, Mesopotamia, Ohio.
