Bobbie June (Bice) Dotson

Bobbie June Dotson (nee Bice), 76, of Burton, passed away Tuesday evening, May 12th, 2020 at UH-Geauga Medical Center. She was born in Cullman, AL on June 20th, 1943 to the late Dayton and lola Mae (Baker) Bice. Bobbie is once again reunited with her loving husband, Dexter Dotson Sr., who died in 1989.

She was a kind hearted person who loved her family and learned to enjoy nature, especially flowers, and all of the positives of life.

Bobbie loved the Lord and was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was also a former cook at UH Geauga Medical Center before retiring.

She will be missed by: her children, Debbie Lang, Sandra Reighard; sister, Betty Glasscock; brother, Bill Bice; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bobbie is preceded in death by: her parents; husband Dexter Sr.; son, Dexter Dotson Jr.; brothers, James R. Bice, Joseph A. Bice, Darrell L. Bice; sisters, Sybil Cary, Faye White; and brother-in-law, Oscar Glasscock.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE RECEIVED FROM 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., SATURDAY, JULY 11TH, 2020 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062. A Graveside service will follow at Munn Road Cemetery at 1:30 P.M.
