Betty J. (Troyer) Weaver

Betty Jean Weaver (nee Troyer), 88, of Parkman, OH, passed away peacefully into her heavenly home on August 7, 2026, at Ohman Family Living at Briar, Middlefield, OH.

She was born on January 31, 1938 to the late Noah D and Mattie (Farmwald) Troyer in Middlefield, OH where she grew up on a farm. She married Andy H Weaver on February 24, 1958. They were happily married for 68 years.

Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. She worked with her husband in their mail order business for many years till their retirement. Betty loved reading and she had a passion for gardening. Her beautiful flower gardens were a testament to her talent and green thumb. She loved being outdoors, and driving her cherry red sports car, as well as baking her delicious pecan pies.

Betty was cherished very much and will be deeply missed. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and her favorite verse was Psalms 46:1.

She is survived by her husband, Andy H Weaver, three daughters, Charlotte (Tim) Anderson, Garrettsville, OH, Diane (Jerry) Wilthew, Garrettsville, OH, Sandra Strope, Mullins, SC, and son, Phillip (Ruth) Weaver, Harmony, PA, 12 grandchildren, 26 great­grandchildren, 3 step great-grandchildren, and one step great-great-granddaughter.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 12PM, MONDAY, AUGUST 10TH, 2026 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062, officiated by her son, Phillip M. Weaver. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 10AM until the time of the service.
