Barbara Ann Warner, 88, of Middlefield, OH, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, August 25th, 2024 at Ohman Family Living at Briar. She was born in Germantown, OH on March 28th, 1936 to the late Richard Warner and Esther Mae (Weaver) Rose.

Barbara will be greatly missed by: her children, Tammy May Smith, Sandra Barton, Gary (Susan) Smith, Theresa (Max) Irizarry; grandchildren, Kenny Irizarry, Alexa Irizarry, Joseph (Jacci) Barton, Holly Barton, Patricia Barton, Scott (Evie) Smith, Stephanie (Nick) Cowman, Kelli (Andrew) Marshall, Kristi Smith, Mitchell Smith; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert ( Gina) Warner, Glen (Linda) Rose, Lynn (Connie) Rose; husband, Charles D. Smith; and many friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, grandsons, Jesus Irizarry and Brandon Barton; and brother, Richard Warner.
Per Barbara’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
