Barbara Kumher Obituary

Barbara Lou Kumher (nee Mahoney), 80, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, November 14th, 2020 at Burton Healthcare Residence in Burton. She was born in Cleveland, OH on November 18th, 1939 to the late Howard and Margaret (Shroth) Mahoney. Barbara is once again reunited with her loving husband of 59 years, Robert “Bob” Kuhmer, who died October 13th, 2019.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren playing games and also pinocle with her numerous brothers and sisters.

Barbara will be greatly missed by: her son, Kurt (Janet) Kumher; daughter, Karla (Tony) Lang; grandchildren, Alisha (Kyle Weems) Lang, Daniel Kumher, Joseph Kumher; and brother, Tom (Shirley) Mahoney.

She is preceded in death by: her parents and husband, Bob.

Per the current Covid-19 restrictions, it is Barbara’s wish that no services are to be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s memory are requested to be made to the Atwood-Mack American Legion Post #459, 14052 Goodwin St., Burton, OH 44021.
