Audrey F. (Jackson) Brady

Audrey Frances Brady (nee Jackson), 75, of Madison, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, September 11th, 2025 at Cardinal Woods Rehab. She was born in Chardon, OH on May 15th, 1950 to the late Donald C. and Frances C. (Urbanowicz) Jackson.  

She grew up on Music Street in Newbury graduated from Newbury High School in 1968. Audrey then continued to live on the family farm and worked part time at the family lumber business.

Due to several illnesses, she resided at Cardinal Woods for many years. Audrey continued to have the support of her family, who she loved visiting every chance she could. She was also a firm believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and that one day she would join her family and friends in God’s House. Both the Lord and her family were the center of her life.

Audrey liked to keep busy by playing cards, bingo, drawing, and coloring. She also enjoyed taking care of her flowers, and crafting projects.

Audrey will be greatly missed by: her son, John (Deneen) Homer; grandchildren, Dalton and Mallory; siblings, Patricia Kukula, Arthur (Barbara) Jackson, Thomas (Lynne) Jackson, Kenneth (Becky) Jackson, Arlene Rogers; sister-in-law, Alberta Jackson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, Donald and Edwin; and sister, Jeane.

A MEMORIAL MASS WILL BE HELD AT 11 AM, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, 2025 AT ST. HELENS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 12060 KINSMAN RD., NEWBURY, OH. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the Mass. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Chagrin Falls, OH.
