Atlee L. Wengerd

Atlee L. Wengerd, 76, of Parkman, Ohio passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, July 27th, 2021 at his home. He was born in Apple Creek, OH on July 20th, 1945 to the late Levi J.C. and Mattie (Yoder) Wengerd. Atlee later married Martha Miller on November 5th, 1964. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

He will be missed by: his wife of 56 years, Martha; children, Mary Sue (Jerry) Miller, Crist (Emma) Wengerd, Lovina (John) Byler, Marvin (Marie) Wengerd, Kathryn (Lester) Schmucker, Sadie (Paul) Detweiler, Sylvia (Harley Jr.) Hochstetler, Raymond (Marilyn) Wengerd; 74 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Atlee is preceded in death by: his parents, Levi and Mattie; 1 grandchild; and 1 brother.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., THURSDAY, JULY 29TH, 2021 AT 17219 TAVERN RD., PARKMAN, OH with Bishop Owen J. Yoder officiating. Pallbearers will be Lester Hershberger, Crist Yoder, Nelson Miller, and Jonas Yoder Jr. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Atlee’s final resting place will be in Yoder Cemetery, Parkman, OH.
