Annette L. Cook (nee Anspach), 76, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, October 27th, 2021 at UH-Cleveland Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Youngstown, OH on October 14th, 1945 to the late James E. and Dorothy (Thompson) Anspach. Annette married Chuck “Charlie” E. Cook on May 29th, 1979.
She worked at Geauga Industries, Johnson Rubber, Mary Yoders, Maggie’s Donuts before retiring. Annette enjoyed going camping and being outdoors. She also loved sewing, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her many friends and family.
Annette will be greatly missed by: her loving husband of 42 years, Charlie; children, Denise (Stu) Anderson, John “Buck” Loza II, Theresa (Mike) Duke, James (Colleen) Loza; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Barbara (Fred) Smith, Judy Triplett, Bob (Linda) Anspach, Jimmy Anspach, Richard (Mary Louise) Anspach, Carol (Paul) Warne; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Annette is preceded in death by: her parents, sister, Nancy Anspach; and sister-in-law, Kathy Anspach
