Amy E. Freeman

Amy E. Freeman, 67 of Southington, Ohio passed away peacefully Thursday morning, May 4th, 2023 at home while surrounded by her family. She was born in Colebrook, OH on February 20th, 1956 to the late James and Helen (Yonker) Freeman. 

She retired from Roush Industries in Las Vegas,  NV after being a test car driver for 9 years. Amy then worked as an Amish taxi driver in Kentucky for 1 year and then in Northeast Ohio 5 years. She really enjoyed going fishing as often as she could. Amy was a friendly person to everyone she met and will be greatly missed.

She will be missed by: her siblings, Nancy Freeman, John (Annie) Freeman, Bobbi (Joe) Causey, Ruth (Rick) Williams; son, Edwin Aleman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Amy is preceded in death by: her parents and brothers, James N. Freeman and Dennis Freeman.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 12:00 PM, SATURDAY MAY 27TH, 2023 AT HARTSGROVE ASSEMBLY FOR CHRIST CHURCH, 5532 IRELAND RD., MONTVILLE, OH 44064 with Pastor Tom Ross officiating.
