Ada D. Miller (nee Detweiler), 67, of Middlefield Twp, passed away peacefully Thursday night, September 23rd, 2021 at home and surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chardon, OH on February 28th, 1954 to the late David R. and Leah (Mullet) Detweiler. Ada later married Joe D. Miller on May 16th, 1974. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She will be missed by: her loving husband of 47 years, Joe; children, Andy (Laura) Miller, Mary (Marvin) Yoder, Leah (Benjamin) Miller, David (Mary) Miller, Betty (Owen) Miller, Ada (Steven) Yoder; 28 grandchildren; siblings, Lester Detweiler, Andrew (Barbara) Detweiler, Rudy (Kathryn) Detweiler, Milo (Mary) Detweiler, Samuel (Maryann) Detweiler, Joey (Mary Esther) Detweiler, John (Sarah) Detweiler; sister-in-law, Mary Detweiler; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ada is preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, Melvin Detweiler, David Detweiler Jr.; sister, Martha Detweiler; and sister-in-law, Fannie Detweiler.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2021 AT 5241 KINSMAN RD., MIDDLEFIELD with Bishop Crist D. Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Allen Hochstetler, Bill Stutzman, Melvin Miller, and Noah Miller Jr. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service at 16464 Swine Creek Rd., Middlefield Twp., OH. Ada’s final resting place will be in Wilcox Road Cemetery, Mesopotamia, OH.
