William “Bill” J. Stutzman, 69, of Middlefield, passed away peacefully while sleeping in his bed Monday, February 11th, 2019. He was born in Huntsburg, OH on February 27th, 1949 to the late Jake J. and Emma (Miller) Stutzman. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He taught at the Hickory Grove Amish School on Swine Creek Rd. in Middlefield Twp for 39 years. Bill also was the Administrator of the Church District Amish Health Care Plan. Bill enjoyed taking bus tours across the country and visiting many beautiful national parks as well as other destinations.
He will be missed by: his siblings; Ada Byler, Barbara Miller, Robert (Emma) Stutzman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Emma; brother, Eli Stutzman; and brother-in-laws, Ervin Byler and Roman Miller.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH, 2019 AT 15962 NAUVOO RD., MIDDLEFIELD with Bishop Danny Ray Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be: Bill W. Byler, Bill. O. Miller, Bill J. Stutzman, and Bill W. Hostetler. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Bill's final resting place will be in Miller Cemetery, Huntsburg, OH.
