Viola B. (Byler) Burkholder

Viola B. Burkholder (nee Byler), 58, of Orwell, passed away Tuesday evening, May 21st, 2019 at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH. She was born in Middlefield on July 15th, 1960 to Mahlon J.E. and Sarah (Miller) Byler. Viola later married Robert A. Burkholder on October 27th, 1983. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church, Orwell West District.

She will be missed by: her loving husband of 35 years, Robert; mother, Sarah Byler; children, Robert (Linda) Burkholder Jr, Matthew Burkholder, Laura (Steven) Miller, Samuel (Amanda) Burkholder, Linda Mae Burkholder; 2 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; in-laws, Andy E. and Sarah (Fisher) Burkholder; 3 brothers; 7 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Viola is preceded in death by her father, a stillborn granddaughter, and an infant sister.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., FRIDAY, MAY 24TH, 2019 AT 2130 HAGUE RD., ORWELL, OH with Bishop Lester Byler officiating. Pallbearers will be Andrew Weaver, Alan Byler, Alan Stutzman, and Paul Byler. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Viola's final resting place will be in Clover Hill Amish Cemetery, North Bloomfield, OH.
