Thomas “Moose Man” R. McEaneney, 23, of West Farmington, OH, passed away peacefully at UH-Geauga Medical Center Wednesday afternoon, December 18th, 2019. He now has his angel wings and is soaring free of Muscular Dystrophy. Tommy was born in Claridon Twp, OH on November 25th, 1996.
Tommy, a graduate of Painesville Riverside High School, never met a stranger that did not like him. He enjoyed watching the Cleveland Cavaliers, Pittsburgh Steelers, NASCAR racing and computer games. He also loved going to the MDA Camp Cheerful in Strongsville during the summers.
Tommy will be dearly missed by: his loving mother, Dawn McEaneney; siblings, Taylor (fiancé Noah Ogan) McEaneney, Joseph Jayme; aunts, Darlene (Daniel) Frankel, Marla (Rob Sperling) Hunt, Karen (Lee) Machamer; cousins, Scott Weatherholt, Kari Weatherholt, Donnie Hunt, Nick Hunt, Lee Machamer Jr.; and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Virginia McEaneney.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at Briar Hill Healthcare where Tommy was a resident the last 5 years. Their loving care and support for Tommy will always be appreciate.
A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD AT 11 A.M., SATURDAY, JANUARY 4TH, 2020 AT LIGHTHOUSE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 14780 MAYFIELD ROAD, EAST CLARIDON, OH 44033. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to assist the family with Tommy's final expenses.
