Marlin E. Hershberger, 27, of Parkman, passed away peacefully due to natural causes Friday afternoon, December 7th, 2018. Marlin was at home and surrounded by his family. He was born in Middlefield, OH on March 2nd, 1991 to Enos and Laura (Yoder) Hershberger. Marlin later married Rachel Byler on May 28th, 2013. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He will be missed by: his loving wife, Rachel; Parents: Enos and Laura (Yoder) Hershberger; mother-in-law, Martha H. (Kempf) Byler; grandparents, Fannie Yoder, Crist N. and Mary Hershberger; siblings, Viola (John) Kuhns, Matthew (Rebecca) Hershberger, Rosanna Hershberger, James Hershberger, Kathy Hershberger; and many cousins and friends. Marlin is preceded in death by: his father-in-law, David C. Byler; and grandfather, Melvin Yoder.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., MONDAY, DECEMBER 10TH, 2018 AT 15615 AGLER RD, PARKMAN, OH with Bishop Aden Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Marvin Miller, Norman Bender, David Miller, and Ray Gingerich. Marlin’s final resting place will be in Detweiler Amish Cemetery in Nelson Twp. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service.
