Helen Elaine Thomas, 84, of Munson Twp, was carried from home by angels, September 12th, 2018. She was born in Franklin, PA on May 24th, 1934 to late Thomas and Helen (King) Anderton.
On September 8th, 1953, Helen married Blaine Rudlar Thomas and celebrated 52 wonderful years touring the United States, especially Alaska which was one of the best adventures. Blaine and Helen spent 11 years as “snow birds” in Las Vegas.
Helen is survived to mourn her loss by: sons, Douglas Thomas of Chardon of whom she resided with Biff Thomas of New Albany, OH, Tyrone Thomas of Cookeville, TN; daughters, Vivian Wiley of Springboro, PA, Jeanelle (William) Miles of Rome, OH, Renee (Brian) Henestofel of New Albany, OH, Terrina Daugherty of Corsica, PA; brother, George (Sally) Anderton of Conneaut Lake, PA; 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and many friends. She was preceded in death by: her loving husband, Blaine; her oldest son, Blaine; and youngest son, Melford.
Although God has called her home, Helen’s memory in our homes will live on forever in our hearts.
