Bruce C. Daniels

Bruce C. Daniels, 89, of Middlefield Twp, OH passed away peacefully at UH-Geauga Medical Center early Wednesday morning, November 6th, 2019. He was born in Chardon, OH on February 18th, 1930 to the late Max C. and Velma (Bixel) Daniels. Bruce later married Bonnie Nece on May 10th, 1969 in Winchester, VA.

He was a 1948 graduate of Chardon High School and a retired truck driver. Bruce enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping, and spending time with Bonnie.

Bruce will be deeply missed by: his loving wife of 50 years, Bonnie; sister-in-laws, Bev Reed, Claudia (Robert) Nece-Cecelic, Wilma (Jim) Tarr, Marcia Witte, Eloise James, Donna Daniels; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Robert N. Daniels; brother-in-laws, Jerry Reed, Herbert Nece, and Dan Witte.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 3 P.M., SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH, 2019 AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD, MIDDLEFIELD, OH 44062 with Rev. Karen Cico officiating. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 1 P.M. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bruce’s memory are requested to be made to Lighthouse United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 416, East Claridon, OH 44033.
