Andy L. Yoder, 78, of Mesopotamia, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning March 13th, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Middlefield, OH on March 5th, 1941 to the late Levi L. and Katie (Miller) Yoder. Andy later married Ada Miller on October 26th, 1961. He was a Bishop of the Townline South Church District and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He will be missed by: his loving wife of 57 years, Ada; children, Susan (Daniel) Weaver, John Henry (Emma) Yoder, Linda (Robert) Mullet, Andy (Esther) Yoder Jr., James (Judy) Yoder, David (Laura) Yoder, Simon (Emma) Yoder, Nathan (Sarah) Yoder; 46 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers; 4 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Andy is preceded in death by his parents; 3 grandchildren; and 1 sister.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., SATURDAY, MARCH 16TH, 2019 AT 9356 BUNDYSBURG RD., MESOPOTAMIA with Bishop Bill Detweiler officiating. Pallbearers will be Raymond Fisher, Crist Byler, Reuben Byler, and Noah Miller. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Andy's final resting place will be in Wilcox Road Cemetery, Mesopotamia, OH.
