Leona J. (Troyer) Bontrager

Leona J. Bontrager (nee Troyer), 44, of West Farmington, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday morning, June 21st, 2015. The cause of death is pending. She was born in Middlefield on August 30th, 1970 to Jonas A. and Fannie (Byler) Troyer. Leona later married Daniel R. Bontrager Jr on May 25th, 1989. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She will be missed by: her loving husband of 26 years, Daniel; mother, Fannie; children, Cindy (Danny) Kuhns, Karen (Matthew) Troyer, Susan (Dannie) Hostetler, Ruth Ann Bontrager, Daniel Ray Bontrager, Marlin Bontrager, Mary Ellen Bontrager, Fannie Mae Bontrager; 1 grandchild; siblings, Linda (Robert) Miller, Raymond (Edna) Troyer, Laura (Melvin) Byler; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Leona is preceded in death by: her grandparents; father, Jonas A. Troyer; and father-in-law, Daniel R. Bontrager Sr.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 9:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24TH, 2015 AT 5815 ENSIGN RD., WEST FARMINGTON with Bishop Mark A. Yoder officiating. Visitation will be anytime until the time of service. Leona's final resting place will be in Troyer Cemetery, West Farmington, OH.
